What You’ll Need Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (Off-Road) Certification




Minimum 3-5 years of experience on heavy off-road industrial equipment and haul trucks
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical and powertrain systems
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures independently
Valid Class 5 license with a 3-year clean driving record
Safety tickets: H2S, First Aid, CSO
Own tools required
What Will Make You Stand Out Dual ticketed with On-Road or truck and transport mechanic certificate
Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s licence
