Mining Scaffolders - 7/7 - Transportation Provided - Up to $55.26/hr - Tumbler Ridge, BC Conuma Resources is seeking experienced Scaffolders to join their team at their mining operations in Northeastern British Columbia. Scaffolders will play a key role in supporting maintenance, repairs, shutdowns, and capital projects by erecting and maintaining scaffolding and access structures. This is a full-time, permanent position on a 7-days on, 7-days off rotation, ideal for candidates with a strong safety mindset and experience in industrial or mining environments.

What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Recognized scaffolder training, apprenticeship, certification, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant scaffolding experience preferred
Working at Heights and fall protection training required
Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a 7x7 rotation
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to complete mine-site orientation, safety training, and competency assessments
Pre-employment testing required
What Will Make You Stand Out Previous experience working in a coal mining environment
Rigging and hoisting experience and certification
First Aid certification
