As a critical member of the maintenance team, you will support the efficient operation of our recycling facility in Shelburne, Ontario. This position emphasizes preventative and predictive maintenance of various equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems. We seek individuals with strong mechanical skills, and while licensed Millwrights are preferred, we welcome experienced unlicensed candidates as well.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment




• Repair and maintain shredders, conveyors, and grinders
• Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime
• Read blueprints and technical drawings effectively

Requirements:
• 433A Industrial Millwright certification preferred
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in industrial settings
• Solid mechanical troubleshooting abilities
• Familiarity with CMMS software is an asset
• Health & Safety knowledge including Lockout/Tagout
