Join EHN Canada as an Addiction Treatment Support Worker, dedicated to fostering patient recovery through compassionate care. Engage daily with patients while ensuring a secure therapeutic environment.

As a part of EHN Canada’s mission, you will support both patients and staff in maintaining integral treatment objectives. Your responsibilities include facilitating meetings, teaching life skills, and ensuring patient safety during all activities. This role requires an empathetic approach to assist those struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate community meetings and address patient concerns
• Teach essential life skills and routines to patients
• Support patients during moments of emotional distress
• Monitor and document patient activities throughout shifts
• Ensure all areas of the facility are secure at day’s end

Requirements:
• Health Care Worker certificate or related experience
• Experience with trauma-informed care preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
• Possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
