Join Cedar Heights as a Direct Support Skilled and empower individuals with neurodivergence. Work part-time or full-time in a supportive, diverse environment across multiple Ontario locations.
Cedar Heights is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to work with clients diagnosed with Autism and FASD. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, covering day, evening, and weekend shifts. You'll assist individuals in daily living, community inclusion, and skills training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with life skills and self-help training
• Facilitate community integration and recreational activities
• Create therapeutic programming tailored to client needs
• Conduct hygiene and safety checks in living spaces
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops
Requirements:
• Related post-secondary degree or diploma required
• Previous experience with disabilities is an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Valid G Driver's License and proof of insurance
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
