Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care
• Implement and manage individualized care plans
• Maintain communication regarding client progress and needs
• Provide therapeutic support through various nursing practices
Requirements:
• RN with a degree from an approved nursing program
• 3+ years of experience in mental health and addiction
• Valid First Aid certificate and Class 5 B.C. Driver’s License
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices
• Physical ability to fulfill nursing duties
