In this position, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in a fast-paced motel setting. Your skills in operating industrial cleaning equipment, making minor repairs, and conducting safety checks will play a vital role in keeping the motel in excellent condition. You will also manage outdoor tasks like lawn maintenance and perform repairs on heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors and hallways
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners for cleaning




• Wash windows and interior walls thoroughly
• Make minor repairs to electrical and plumbing systems
• Conduct safety and security checks

Requirements:
• Experience in maintenance or similar field
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability for early morning or evening shifts
• Understanding of English or French
• Candidate ready to perform various physical tasks
