As an Environmental Services Staff member at Brooks Health Centre, you'll support infection control by performing various cleaning tasks. This role requires attention to detail while you maintain patients' safety and comfort in a clinical environment. Engage in training new staff and uphold high standards of cleanliness daily.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough cleaning of clinical and non-clinical areas
• Collect and manage general waste and hazardous materials
• Utilize industrial cleaning machinery effectively




• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies in various locations
• Facilitate orientation for new Environmental Services staff

Requirements:
• Minimum completion of Grade 10 education
• Proven capacity to lift heavy items and endure prolonged physical activity
• Knowledge of PPE requirements in cleaning processes
• Ability to understand and communicate in English
• Previous experience in cleaning preferred, but not mandatory
