In this full time position, you will partner with both technical teams and business analysts to translate program requirements into buildable specifications for Venn. With a focus on data structures, system logic, and integration, your work will significantly impact RTV's operations in sub-Saharan Africa. Experience in handling technical documentation and requirements across multiple stakeholders is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define technical specifications from business requirements
• Engage in data modeling and system evaluation processes




• Collaborate with teams for design validation and documentation
• Map integrations and ensure system coherency
• Define quality assurance criteria and support user acceptance testing

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in systems analysis or equivalent
• Proficient in data integrity and integration patterns
• Agile experience; familiarity with tools like ClickUp
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
