Seek to inspire as a Caring and Hospitality-Focused Pastor at TCCC in Toronto. Drive missional discipleship through strategic caring ministries and support for all congregants.

In this full time role, you will take the lead in developing a hospitality team and working closely with lay leaders. Your work will include visiting members, providing spiritual guidance, and arranging community support during life’s challenges. Small groups are at the heart of this position, aimed at nurturing spiritual growth among congregation members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate pastoral care to individuals and families
• Engage newcomers and integrate them into church life
• Collaborate to provide practical assistance and support
• Lead the Caring Ministry and its training programs
• Foster outreach initiatives that impact the community

Requirements:
• Advanced theological degree such as MDiv
• At least 5 years of pastoral and management experience
• Strong relational and leadership abilities
• Proficient in Cantonese and English
• Alignment with TCCC's core values
