Assume full responsibility for Mon Sheong Foundation’s corporate and fundraising events, overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, revenue generation, and donor and sponsor engagement, while strengthening the Foundation’s public profile.
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement the overall strategy for events in line with organizational goals.
Set financial and participation targets and monitor progress toward those goals.
Work with supervisor and other team members to integrate events into the broader fundraising and corporate objectives.
Identify opportunities for new events or ways to grow existing ones.
Event Planning & Execution
Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of fundraising events.
Oversee event timelines and budgets.
Develop and implement the marketing and communications plan, including schedules, strategies, and content, to enhance event promotion and branding.
Oversee post-event follow-up, including thank-you communications and evaluation report
Revenue Generation & Sponsor Relations
Assume full responsibility for meeting the organization’s established financial targets for fundraising events.
Proactively identify, pitch, and secure event sponsorships, partnerships, and in‑kind contributions.
Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, sponsors, and community partners.
Collaborate with the development team to align event fundraising goals with broader donor strategies.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Supervise and mentor event staff.
Work collaboratively with team, volunteers and committees to achieve the set event goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders before, during, and after events.
Monitoring, Reporting & Evaluation
Track and monitor the performance of fundraising events against established financial, engagement, and mission‑related goals.
Maintain accurate records of event income and expenses, sponsorship commitments, donor participation, and in‑kind contributions.
Develop and implement evaluation tools (e.g., post‑event surveys, donor and sponsor feedback forms) to assess event success and stakeholder satisfaction.
Analyze outcomes to measure return on investment, donor retention, and alignment with organizational fundraising objectives.
Qualifications
University degree or college diploma in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent
Minimum 4 years’ experience in managerial role of leading fundraising events and sponsorship marketing
Ability to lead a team, work independently and within a team to achieve objectives
Proficient knowledge of virtual meeting platforms and event platforms
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Working knowledge of social media and digital content creation best practices
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
A creative and innovative thinker, proactive and solutions‑oriented problem‑solver
Valuable organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Salary Range: 62,000-79,000 per annum
