Muskoka Landing is looking for a Registered Practical Nurse to provide nursing care that meets long-term care standards. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring health changes, and upholding accurate care documentation. This role also requires effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and support for Personal Support Workers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care per LTC and facility standards
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor and document resident health status
• Collaborate with care teams for effective service
• Support and guide Personal Support Workers daily
Requirements:
• Valid RPN diploma and current CNO registration
• Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
• Recent 2-Step TB test and Vulnerable Sector Check
• CPR and 1st Aid training
• WHMIS and safety awareness certificates
