YVR is looking for candidates for two permanent Electrician positions within its Facilities Maintenance Department. You will engage in preventive and corrective maintenance, handling electrical and mechanical equipment essential for airport operations. This role prioritizes teamwork and safety while allowing individual contributors to shine in a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair electrical systems and lighting fixtures
• Diagnose issues with passenger loading bridges and UPSs




• Manage frequency drives and soft starters effectively
• Ensure operational safety in all tasks performed
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of related Electrician experience
• BC Trade Qualification in Electrical work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work under minimal supervision
• Class 5 or better driver's license required
