As the Technical Director for Grande Peace Athletic Club (GPAC), you will spearhead all technical aspects of our elite hockey program. Your expertise will foster a positive high-performance culture while mentoring coaches and developing players. This leadership role requires strategic vision to align operations with Hockey Alberta, Hockey Canada, and GPAC's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and evaluate coaches across all GPAC teams
• Establish coaching standards with Hockey Alberta & Hockey Canada
• Implement performance analysis tools like InStat and Steva




• Coordinate specialized development sessions for players
• Support athlete advancement to elite programs like AJHL and WHL

Requirements:
• High Performance 1 certification preferred or willing to complete
• Extensive coaching experience at Elite level (U15 AAA or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Hockey Canada frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Versatile work hours, including weekends
