Join the Nee Tahi Buhn First Nation as a full-time Maintenance Worker. This role is perfect for those who thrive in physical environments, maintaining vital community infrastructure.

We are looking for two dedicated individuals to support our Operations and Maintenance team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the community’s housing, roads, and public facilities, along with water and sewer systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are significant for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general maintenance and repairs throughout the community
• Support upkeep of water and wastewater systems
• Operate tools and machinery for maintenance tasks
• Assist with groundskeeping and road maintenance
• Communicate issues and repairs to the Supervisor

Requirements:
• At least one year of relevant maintenance experience
• A valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record
• Physically fit for outdoor work in varying conditions
• Basic report-writing skills required
• Experience with Indigenous organizations is a plus
