The University of Calgary invites applications for a Locum Veterinarian position at the UCVM Community Care Clinic. This part-time role allows you to utilize your veterinary skills in a supportive setting while collaborating with faculty members and veterinary technology staff. Your experience in small animal general practice will be critical in maintaining a safe and effective clinic for community clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide casual/on-call veterinary services as needed
• Maintain operational oversight of clinic procedures
• Support DVM students during patient care




• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary veterinary team
• Ensure adherence to clinic protocols and standards of care

Requirements:
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree required
• Current ABVMA registration and licensure
• At least two years of veterinary practice experience
• Strong communication skills with clients and students
• Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred
