Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing execution plans for marketing campaigns
• Ensure on-schedule delivery and quality of campaigns
• Support planning and execution of Sales and Homeowner events




• Facilitate communication with vendors and creative agencies
• Aid in managing Sales Centres and Model Homes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar
• 2-3 years in a Project Coordination role
• 2-3 years of experience with website CMS platforms
• Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
