Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and will be part of the Talent & Development team.

Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment and selection process of a requisition by identifying and utilizing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for FGF for both corporate and manufacturing roles.

Primary Responsibilities

Work closely with T&D; Business Partners and Hiring Leaders to drive Best Practices in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

Understand the recruitment marketplace and use current market intelligence to create sourcing strategies.

Source quality candidates through Linked

In, Boolean search string creation, keyword, and market research to support recruitment efforts.

Proactively recruit candidates through social media; Job Fairs; Resume Boards; Direct Sourcing, FGF team member Referral Program; and other sources

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Hiring Leaders.

Build strong relationships with candidates, ensure optimal candidate experience, maintain communication throughout entire process and positively represent FGF as a potential employer of choice.

Persuasively promote the FGF story and contribute to the building of our Best in Class Talent

Research/make recommendations on the latest recruiting trends and tools to strive for efficiency and effectiveness in Talent Acquisition.

Represent FGF at all times with Pride; Passion; Enthusiasm, and Commitment

Utilize Recruitment Marketing Platforms: Implement and manage recruitment platforms to enhance the overall employer brand and attract passive candidates actively. (Linked

In)Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Sourcing: Explore and implement AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance candidate sourcing efficiency, automating repetitive tasks, and uncovering hidden talent pools.

Identify areas for continuous improvement in the recruitment process,



proactively suggesting and implementing enhancements to streamline operations.

Create and maintain talent pipelines through personal connection and marketing campaigns.

Required Experience: Experience in Talent Sourcing; Recruitment; and Talent Management

Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience within both corporate and manufacturing environment.

In-depth experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools and tactics.

Experience with Talent Mapping/Pipeline building.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/requisitions.

Excellent organizational, communication and relationship management skills.

Previous experience working with an ATS system (ICIMS preferred)Able to work independently to achieve sourcing goals, while also working collaboratively with team members to generate ideas for networking, strategic sourcing, and candidate mapping.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Power
