Finance Manager – Lead Finance for a Growing Canadian Beauty Business

Fully remote | Toronto or Montreal preferred

$125,000–$130,000 CAD + bonus | Approximately 10% travel

A growing beauty and personal care company is hiring a Finance Manager to serve as the day-to-day finance lead for its approximately $85 million CAD Canadian business.

Supporting the Canadian General Manager, this individual will work across Sales, Brand Management, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Finance and Controllership. The scope combines Customer Finance, Brand Finance and FP&A;, including:

- Customer and brand P&Ls;
- Gross-to-Net and trade-spend management
- Forecasting, planning and S&OP;
- A&P; investment and ROI analysis
- Pricing, promotion, innovation and distribution business cases




- Senior-level business reviews and financial recommendations

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of progressive CPG finance experience, with meaningful commercial finance depth supporting Sales and Brand or Marketing teams. Canadian market experience and exposure to beauty, personal care, household or adjacent consumer products are preferred.

This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable building the analysis, challenging assumptions and presenting the story behind the numbers to senior leadership.
