Grow Your Career in Commissioning:

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to establish or further develop their career within commissioning and building performance. You'll gain exposure to different systems, project types, and stages of the building lifecycle.

Work on a Diverse Project Portfolio: Rather than being limited to one type of building, you'll have the opportunity to work across:

- Healthcare
- Institutional
- Commercial
- Education
- Multi-Residential
- Government
- Mixed-Use
- Recreation and community facilities

Build Your Technical Expertise: You'll work alongside experienced engineers and professionals while developing a deeper understanding of how building systems operate in the real world — from design and construction through testing, optimization, and ongoing performance.

Client & Project Exposure: The role provides significant interaction with owners, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders, allowing you to develop the communication and project management skills that are important for progressing into more senior positions.

Long-Term Career Growth: For someone who is ambitious and interested in taking on more responsibility, there is an opportunity to grow into greater project ownership, client management, and leadership responsibilities as your experience develops.

If you're looking for your next step and want the opportunity to learn, grow, work on interesting buildings, and develop toward greater project and leadership responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.
