Working within the Education & Training department, you will collaborate closely with Employment Officers to support Participants' growth opportunities in line with Gwich’in values. You'll implement programs that align with community needs and manage participant records securely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver career development programs with a Gwich’in focus
• Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements
• Provide leadership in training program implementation
• Assist participants with job search and planning
• Foster relationships with community organizations

Requirements:
• College Diploma in Career Development or related area
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
• Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Understanding of community labor market dynamics
