Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain asset-level modeling across clients
• Evaluate acquisitions, capital, and cash flow decisions
• Prepare ongoing asset-level reporting and analytics




• Produce materials for business development activities
• Support initiatives for automation and AI in reporting

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience
• Solid understanding of commercial real estate drivers
• High level of technical and modeling skills
• Interest in CFA program or similar accreditation
