In this position, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat patients undergoing mental health crises. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate biopsychosocial conditions of patients
• Implement crisis intervention plans effectively
• Engage in ongoing support and discharge procedures




• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings regularly
• Conduct off-service mental health assessments as necessary

Requirements:
• Active RN Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• 3-5 years of psychiatric experience in inpatient settings
• Certification in Non Violent Crisis Intervention
• Skills in managing fast-paced, dynamic situations
• Deep understanding of mental health nursing principles
