Support individuals as a Home Support Worker, assisting with medication, daily routines, and social participation to help them feel connected and safe. Stand by your clients at home and community events.

This role is about providing empathetic, personalized care through 1:1 support focused on enhancing independence and confidence. While you may work alone, you will have 24-hour on-call support to ensure safety. Your task is to connect positively with clients, helping them flourish in their everyday lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal and clinical care as needed
• Assist with medication management and housing challenges
• Promote social engagement and independence among clients
• Provide support in home settings and during outings
• Handle lone working with 24-hour support access

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Clean UK Driving Licence and car access preferred
• Willingness to work adaptable shifts including weekends
• Training provided, no prior experience needed
• Reliability and the ability to foster trust with clients
