CBM360TIV is seeking a Lubrication Engineer to support reliability, asset integrity, and condition-based maintenance programs across oil & gas operations. The role focuses on optimizing lubrication systems, preventing equipment failure, and improving asset lifecycle performance.

Reporting To
Reliability Manager / Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement lubrication strategies for rotating and static equipment

Conduct oil analysis interpretation and contamination control programs

Optimize lubrication intervals and storage standards

Support predictive maintenance and reliability initiatives

Ensure compliance with HSE and industry standards

Education & Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Certification in Lubrication / Machinery Lubrication (MLT, MLA or equivalent preferred)





Experience

3-7 years in lubrication engineering within oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industry

Experience with condition monitoring and reliability programs

Technical Skills

Oil analysis interpretation

Tribology fundamentals

CMMS systems knowledge

Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)

Familiarity with API / ISO lubrication standards

Languages

English (mandatory - primary business language in Alberta)
