You will collaborate with project teams, telecommunications vendors such as Bell and Rogers, and field technicians. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating schedules, site surveys, and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You will also utilize Power BI to track project status and assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities
• Facilitate site surveys and manage installation schedules
• Communicate with technicians to confirm installations




• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards for status updates

Requirements:
• Robust communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power BI
• Experience in managing vendor technicians
• Capable of resolving deployment connectivity issues
• Willingness to support various technology projects
