Convergint is hiring an Entry-Level Security Systems Technician in Toronto, ON. You will be instrumental in providing service and support for varying security systems while training customers and facilitating system setup.

This role offers you the opportunity to implement your technical skills in a customer-focused setting. You will install, program, and maintain security systems, respond to service requests, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and program security systems across multiple sites
• Conduct diagnostics and repairs on malfunctioning equipment
• Document all service calls and customer interactions
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project success
• Assist in service training for customer staff

Requirements:
• Diploma in Electronics strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with security systems
• Technical proficiency in programming and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license for site visits
