Client Overview: Join Microsoft AI Design and Research, a team dedicated to creating new customer experiences in search, maps, advertising, and news. Help make the web a better place for every person and organization to achieve more.

Role Summary: As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design impactful interactions and experiences for Microsoft Advertising. You will contribute to strategic planning, propose creative solutions, and utilize the Fluent Design language.

Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers throughout the design process

Design relevant and impactful interactions and experiences based on customer needs

Contribute to strategic planning aligning design process with business goals





Propose creative solutions for complex customer journeys

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a design-related field

3-5 years of experience in digital product design

Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch

Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated in visual design or user research rigor

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with motion design and visual design

Familiarity with interaction design and concepting

Knowledge of UX research methodologies and data analysis
