Oversee and enhance maintenance operations for Toptable Group's restaurant portfolio. As the Restaurant Maintenance Manager, you will ensure efficient and secure functioning across multiple locations while complying with health regulations.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the VP of Construction & Design and manage the maintenance and repair projects of up to 14 restaurants. Your responsibilities include scheduling regular and emergency repairs, liaising with vendors, and maintaining comprehensive service documentation. You will prioritize urgent issues to minimize downtime and standardize maintenance practices across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule maintenance projects for 14 restaurant locations
• Manage both regular maintenance and urgent repair needs




• Liaise with vendors and contractors for service calls
• Monitor vendor performance and adherence to agreements
• Support audits to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
• 2-5+ years in maintenance coordination or project management
• Diploma/degree in facilities management or related field
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple sites
• Experience in hospitality or retail maintenance
• Valid BC Drivers License required
