As part of our dedicated team, you will report to the Service Supervisor and engage in diagnosing and repairing ATMs. Your responsibilities include staging, installing, and providing training for ATM functionality, along with preventive maintenance and on-call support. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and able to communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Stage and test ATM terminals for functionality
• Install and uninstall ATMs on-site efficiently




• Train customers on loading and troubleshooting procedures
• Troubleshoot ATM issues over the phone
• Conduct preventative maintenance and service calls

Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience in electronics or mechanical repairs
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass criminal and credit background checks
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
