In this role, you will report to the EHS Manager and engage employees and supervisors through comprehensive safety training and orientations. Your expertise in health and safety practices will contribute significantly to ensuring adherence to safety guidelines within various project sites across Canada and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed safety training for employees and clients
• Perform thorough workplace audits and inspections
• Develop emergency and safety plans for projects
• Collaborate with government agencies for safety audits
• Manage injury reports and worker compensation claims

Requirements:
• 4+ years' experience in civil construction safety
• NCSO or CRSP certification is beneficial
• Strong understanding of workplace regulations
• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules
• Valid driver's license and excellent organizational skills
