As a key member of The Salvation Army’s healthcare team, you will oversee IPAC measures, conduct staff training, and ensure compliance with Ministry standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee the IPAC Program implementation
• Conduct audits and monitoring of infection control practices

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with IPAC certification (or in progress)
• Minimum of 3-5 years' IPAC experience
• Proven ability to lead and mentor healthcare staff
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Transparent VSC and recent TB screening needed
