As a Payroll and HR Systems Specialist, you'll ensure compliance and efficiency in payroll processes while working closely with Finance, HR, and external providers. This position requires solid skills in payroll accounting, system integrations, and employee support across various functions. You'll also be instrumental in maintaining payroll data integrity and optimizing HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll for Canada and U.S. employees
• Administer payroll benefits, deductions, and year-end activities
• Coordinate international payroll changes with local partners




• Identify process improvements and maintain documentation
• Provide compliance support for audits and employee inquiries

Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience
• Canadian payroll certification preferred
• Experience with U.S. payroll regulations and systems
• Familiarity with ADP or similar payroll platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
