The ideal candidate will hold an active RN registration from the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) and possess solid clinical skills. Your role is to care for residents with complex and chronic needs while working effectively with a multi-disciplinary team. Communication and independent work skills are critical for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
• Conduct clinical assessments and documentation
• Administer medication in accordance with protocols
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• Recent criminal record checks
• TB screening and immunization/health records
• Experience in dementia and complex care is preferred
