In this Mechanic position, you will be responsible for general repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring all equipment is secure to operate on site. Your experience with diesel and gasoline systems, along with strong problem-solving skills, will be essential. You’ll also play a part in recommending upgrades that improve service life and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance and repairs on all mobile equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks on site
• Identify parts needed for repairs from manuals




• Maintain safety and operational standards for machinery
• Analyze equipment failures and provide solutions

Requirements:
• Certificate of Qualification related to mechanics
• At least 5 years of industrial mechanic experience
• Locomotive maintenance experience preferred
• Proficient understanding of fueled systems
• Alternative Fuel Technician license is a plus
