Oxford Learning is searching for an experienced Education Lead to guide our team of tutors and manage academic programs for students in Grades 1-12. This permanent, full-time position involves hands-on leadership and commitment to fostering effective learning environments. In this role, you’ll utilize your knowledge of BC’s curriculum to inspire tutors and students alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high-quality delivery of educational services
• Recruit and mentor a team of qualified tutors
• Observe and provide regular feedback to tutoring staff




• Implement strategies for improving student engagement
• Maintain strong communication with parents regarding students

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Education or relevant field
• 3+ years of tutoring or teaching experience
• Leadership or mentoring background preferred
• Solid understanding of British Columbia's educational framework
