This full-time role reports to the Nursing Manager and focuses on client assessments, safe medication administration, and trauma-informed communication. Responsibilities include direct care in stabilization and inpatient treatment and facilitating nursing-led education sessions. Work with an interdisciplinary team to offer exceptional services to those recovering from substance misuse while addressing complex mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on client assessments during intake and discharge
• Administer medications following established protocols




• Lead nursing group sessions and educate clients
• Partner with community medical professionals for holistic care
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements:
• RN designation with a valid BC license
• Experience in addiction and mental health roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• First Aid, CPR, and WHIMS certifications
• Minimum one year of recovery experience required
