As the Project Biller, you'll work closely with the Controller and be the go-to person for keeping project billing running smoothly. Your days will be a mix of preparing invoices, reviewing staff time entries, managing accounts receivable, reconciling payments, and helping keep everything organized behind the scenes. You'll partner with teammates across the business to sort out billing questions, resolve coding discrepancies,



and support a variety of accounting tasks along the way. No two days are exactly the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes staying organized, and takes pride in keeping things on track while working with a friendly, team-oriented team.

Requirements

At least 3-5+ years of experience in project billing/AR
Must have experience in the consulting, engineering, architectural or professional services industries
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and time/billing systems
Some exposure to full-cycle accounting would be an asset
Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Can manage multiple deadlines independently
Communicate professionally and effectively with technical and non-technical staff
Are a collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset
