We are looking for a qualified candidate for a term teaching position from September 8, 2026, to January 29, 2027. Applicants should possess a valid B.C. Teaching Certificate and a strong background in Science education. Duties include co-planning, co-teaching, and monitoring student performance while supporting the school’s strategic goals through innovative practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct Science 10 and CLE/CLC courses
• Participate in co-planning and co-assessment
• Utilize technology for student engagement
• Guide students on aligning interests with careers
• Implement inclusive instructional strategies
Requirements:
• Valid B.C. Teaching Certificate
• Relevant university training in educational science
• Proven teaching experience in secondary Science
• Knowledge of BC Student Performance Standards
• Familiarity with the Ministry of Education curriculum
