Dillon's Civil Infrastructure Technical Group is seeking a Civil Engineer specializing in Asset Management. This role focuses on building relationships, innovative problem-solving, and project leadership across Ontario.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help municipal clients address aging infrastructure and climate resilience challenges. Your skills will drive business development and enhance asset management strategies while managing project teams and facilitating community engagement. This position allows for flexibility across any Dillon office in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive Asset Management plans and SOTI reports
• Lead proposals and identify market opportunities in Ontario
• Advise municipal staff on investment strategies




• Manage project teams for technical accuracy and timeliness
• Facilitate community workshops and presentations

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• 8–10 years of municipal infrastructure experience
• Robust ability to build client relationships
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
