Position Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Refrigeration Mechanic passionate about precision, technical problem-solving, and delivering top-quality HVAC solutions. If you enjoy working on complex systems and take pride in your work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and components

Braze piping and install refrigeration parts with precision





Read wiring diagrams, P&IDs;, and compressor documentation

Perform QC checks before units move to testing

Support testing, start-up, and commissioning of ICE equipment

Participate in equipment design, R&D;, and continuous improvement projects

Assist with equipment installation and field start-up when required

Troubleshoot issues early to prevent breakdowns

Provide technical training and guidance to team members when needed

Take on leadership responsibilities on projects and help support other trades

Travel occasional for testing, installation, commissioning, or warranty work

What You Bring

Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read wiring diagrams and work with electrical/A/C systems

Experience with HVAC/refrigeration testing, design, or installation is an asset

Robust communication, teamwork, and leadership skills

Valid driver’s license and clean abstract

Willingness to work overtime or travel when needed

Electrical or automation experience is an asset
