Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise between IT and business for D365 inquiries and updates
• Document business requirements effectively for clear solutions




• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Configure and maintain D365 settings, workflows, and features
• Monitor system performance and enhance data accuracy

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Background in supply chain or logistics preferred
• Knowledge of Power Platform is a plus
• Strong analytical and multitasking capabilities
