Lead innovative nutrition initiatives at Nova Scotia Health as the Nutrition and Food Services Manager. Responsible for patient nutrition services and organization within the Eastern Zone of Cape Breton.

This permanent full time role reports to the Director of Nutrition and Food Services. As the Manager, you will plan and manage daily operations, integrating nutrition care and food service for patients, residents, and clients. You will implement nutrition standards, ensure clinical performance, and maintain safety and quality across services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day management of Nutrition and Food Services
• Implement nutrition care standards and monitor clinical performance
• Manage therapeutic nutrition requirements for patients




• Collaborate on provincial health initiatives and standards
• Develop and implement new nutrition initiatives across sites

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
• Minimum five years’ management experience in health care
• Current licensure with Nova Scotia College of Dietitians
• Advanced Food Safety Training certification
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
