We're looking for a warm, caring, and reliable part-time nanny to care for our toddler in our home 2 days per week (Wednesday and Friday), starting late October. Our son is a happy, curious, and sweet little boy who loves to play, explore, read books, and be outside. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers and will provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for him. We're looking for someone who: - Has experience caring for toddlers - Is warm, patient, energetic, and dependable - Enjoys getting down on the floor and playing, reading, and doing activities - Is comfortable taking him outside for walks, playground time, EarlyON activities, etc. - Can help maintain his usual nap, meal, and play routines - Is comfortable preparing simple meals/snacks for him - Is comfortable with light tidying related to his care - Has CPR/First Aid certification (or is willing to obtain it) - Has references and/or previous nanny or childcare experience - Is comfortable working in a family home and becoming a familiar, trusted person in our son's life We're hoping to find someone who is looking for a consistent, longer-term part-time position and who will really enjoy getting to know our son.
