Job Description

Must Have:

- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Design Specialist coordinating the design, development and enhancement of complex, large-scale, high-profile and high-risk technology solutions




- Experience utilizing cloud-based technologies, including containerization, orchestration and microservices
- Working knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards, particularly Rapid Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR)
- Experience with one or more of JavaScript ES6+, Spring Framework, Quarkus, Angular 9+, Angular Material, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience working with security architects and privacy SMEs to ensure application design and physical deployment meet required security and data privacy standards

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Azure DevOps / VSTS and CI/CD
- Experience with GO-ITS standards
- Experience with Visio and SharePoint
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization
- Experience working in healthcare IT environments
- Experience with application architecture, data models and interface models
