As a Nurse within the WOC Team, you will be integral in performing holistic assessments and managing care plans for patients with ostomy and continence issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and develop tailored care plans for patients
• Provide mentorship and education to staff
• Coordinate with teams to streamline care processes
• Promote best practices and research in wound management
• Assist in the development of educational tools for care providers
Requirements:
• Completion of NSWOCC WOC-EP program
• RN with competence certification from Ontario
• Willingness to further educational qualifications
• Demonstrable communication and teaching skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
