We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Stoney Creek, ON. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with experience in outdoor, patio, or related consumer products who is ready to grow revenue, expand market share, and manage key retail and distribution relationships across Canada.

The Business Development Manager will play a highly visible role in developing sales strategy, building customer partnerships, and identifying new opportunities in the North American outdoor products market. Key Responsibilities





- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue in the North American patio and outdoor products market.
- Manage the Canadian sales territory, including relationships with key accounts, distributors, retail partners, and channel contacts.
- Grow existing accounts through regular business reviews, customer needs analysis, sales planning, and solution-based recommendations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and support targeted sales growth of $2.0 million to $5.0 million.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and market updates for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to support product launches, promotional initiatives, and timely customer delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 per year + Commission
