Description

As an Integrated Logistics Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring systems can be effectively supported throughout their entire life cycle. You will contribute to a wide range of ILS activities supporting supportability, sustainment, reliability, maintainability, and availability functions. Working closely with design teams, project managers, and customers, you will help ensure supportability is built into the program from the earliest design stages through retirement.

Some of your key responsibilities:

- Conduct and support the preparation and delivery of various Integrated Logistics Support analyses, studies, plans, and reports

- Review drawings, schematics, system models, specifications, and supplier documentation to identify support and maintenance requirements

- Provide early design input to improve reliability, maintainability, and long‑term cost effectiveness

- Perform a variety of logistics analyses, including RCM, LORA, MTA, sparing studies, life‑cycle cost assessments, and provisioning for both legacy systems and new developments

- Create maintenance procedures, troubleshooting steps, inspection instructions, and test documentation for complex defense equipment

- Determine the tools, test equipment, consumables, personnel, and facilities needed to carry out the maintenance tasks you define

- Build and maintain logistics product data within an LSAR environment in alignment with industry standards

- Prepare and deliver briefings on ILS strategies, methodologies, and support concepts to customers and internal teams

- Provide maintenance and supportability guidance to engineering, test, and sustainment groups to ensure design decisions align with long‑term support goals

- Evaluate ILS‑related portions of proposals, assess life‑cycle cost impacts, and recommend improvements that strengthen bids and new business efforts

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
