We are a warm family of three living in Ahuntsic, Montreal, looking for a caring, reliable and experienced nanny for our 18-month-old daughter, Clara. Clara is an active, curious and affectionate toddler. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children and can provide her with a safe, nurturing and engaging workplace at home. We particularly value one-on-one interaction, play, reading, outdoor walks and age-appropriate activities that support her development. The role would include caring for Clara throughout the day, preparing and serving her meals/snacks, following her nap and daily routine, taking her outside for walks or activities in the neighbourhood, and doing light tidying related to her during the day. Reliability and consistency are very important to us, as we would ideally like Clara to build a strong and trusting relationship with the same caregiver. Experience caring for toddlers is strongly preferred. References are important to us, and first aid/CPR training would be a definite asset. We are located in Ahuntsic and have an immediate need, ideally starting next week. We are looking for regular weekday care, with the exact schedule and number of hours to be discussed depending on availability. We speak both French and English at home, so someone comfortable in either French or English would be welcome. We would love to hear a little about you, your experience with toddlers, your availability and what you enjoy most about working with young children.
