About our Client:

Our Client, a well-established manufacturing company located in Markham, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role will lead daily production activities, ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coach, and support production employees
- Coordinate daily production schedules, workflow, and staffing
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and operational performance
- Address production issues and work with Quality Assurance on corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations
- Support training, onboarding, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and reduce waste





Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading production teams; 10–30 employees preferred
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with production scheduling and workflow management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic production reporting
- Medical, custom manufacturing, orthotics, or similar industry experience is an asset
